I would also like to see, tour busses accommodated, Allow them to drop passengers, layover and then safely & legally pick up their tourists, without annoying the residents of the neighborhood. Please remember tourism is the #1 NY business in numbers of people employed. Work with them.

The Park had one earlier, in the summer of 2007, and it drew 50,000 some visitors.

The buildings are uglier than anything this planet has ever seen. The designs are totally out of keeping with Fulton Ferry, Brooklyn Heights, and Dumbo. The architects should have their licenses revoked.
