i think having Brooklyn Flea here on summer Sundays will further enhance our neighborhood's appeal as a vibrant destination place.
i have visited the Flea at both its current locations and found the mix of vendors to be both interesting and varied; the visitors for the most part wholesome types. i just hope the organizers will make sure the additional litter and garbage that's generated will be disposed of quickly (so as not to further exasperate the area's rat problem) and that the hours of operation will not be extended beyond sundown (for the sake of minimizing night noise and glaring lights). what, if anything, can we do to ensure this will be the case?
