As the State seems paralyzed (regarding the BBP), this sounds like a good thing. Having a single owner will probably simplify governance.
Do we know if it includes everything in the grand plan (Pier 6 through the Con Ed lots? Including FFESP?
Does this conflict with Squadron’s financing plans?
