Brooklyn Bridge Park–The Brooklyn Bridge Park Development Corporation has published a construction plan and budget and cost projections for the building of the the first phase of the park. The first phase will concentrate in our front yard, Pier 1, and parts of Piers 5 and 6, near Atlantic Avenue. Though some in the local press had initially indicated that all newly built residential development had been shelved, Park officials spoke instead of an indefinite hold on the hotel and condo plans.
